Fruit vale is lovely
Its a lovely day.
That was a very pleasant drive thankyou
Really beautiful area.
Really lovely change of scenery ! 👍Trail and area has grown so much since my last visit in ‘84. Time for a refresh me thinks. 🤙
"Head down the hill!! One needs to pay special attention going down this road.|..@12.00
Yes, it is a beautiful area around Rossland-Trail. 100 years ago, all those beautiful hills were completely devoid of vegetation. Starting in 1886, the unrestricted emissions from the Cominco lead and zinc smelter killed every living plant for miles around. They dumped their toxic slag directly into the Columbia River. They never totally stopped this practice until 1995. Now they are being held to account by both the USA EPA and Indian Nations along the Columbia River. People complain about government regulations. This is what happens when there is no regulation.
The views are something else Juan.
The big cemetery that you passed on your right is the Rossland Trail Cemetery
Nice little ski hill with some steep runs, Nancy Greens hometown and hill if I'm not mistaken? Safe travels
G'day Juan
We are getting lots of 🌦 rain.
When I started trucking in the 60's through that area we had no engine brakes...no power...no AC but we were getting a wopping 9 cent a mile...rolling in clover we were. 😂
See you tomorrow Juan 👋
I think your advertising is working. I have a Kenworth truck show followed you on UTube.
Good morning Juan 92 degrees in eastern Oregon, and it's only 11am. Don't worry people are very talented they can kill themselves and others going up or down hills.
Would you ever give a hicthiker a ride? Barring someone who obviously needs help.
If there's someone in need I have stopped and helped, it's been a good long time since I've given someone a ride

Every July I explore the old Rossland to Cascade Hwy for rare butterflies.
