If we use EM,do we need to use salt or not?

น้ำหมักได้ใส่เกลือด้วยปะครับ
Meaning before we used Malabar leaves marinade first into EM then we can already be used the water itself or the leaves only?
1 moistened in EM water and then removed 2 put in a sack and fermented for 7 days (dry with moist) 3. Use the leaves by soaking in water until it turns yellow Can be used for both leaves and water

2. Should we put the sack of Soaked leaves in fresg water , keep it fir 7 days and use that water?
