awesome my school band is playing this
We sight read this today and I love it 🖤
I played this in 7th grade.. we sounded freakin awesome
this is totally incredible and epicly fantastic!!!
Me encanta
I love this song when I played it as a Freshman in HS...I was the Bass Clarinet soloist
Haha me too!!
just got this in band today and i'm playing first trumpet on it. looks like a ton of fun!
I am soo happy, I play the First Horn part in this song
This was played amazingly. We are playing this at my school right now(: i get to play the piccolo solo!! But once again, amazing.
I'm in 7th grade in the concert band with the highschool! I play flute! This is so much fun.
I'm playing this for our spring concert and I play percussion! YAY!! I have to play xylophone and bells for this piece :D Hopefully, I will not fail! XD
ME ENCANTA... Solo Clarinete Bajo Y Piccolo Super De Lo Mejor! :D
were playing this and i was only trombonist playing it was hard! otyhers werent there, well one forget other didnt show
Played this in high school on bari sax. so intense.
Omg....love it :0...:D
Were doing this song for High School Large Group Festival.... We only have one saxaphone (me) and it gets be challenging in some parts.
i got this last year and it was awesome to play to bad the rest of my band class didnt have it they would have loved it
i play trumpet by the way..first chair
As soon as i saw this i looked and knew exactly who you were talking about! lmao
Very good
Lol the bells player got lost a few times. XD I can sorta relate but I have to say it's kinda hard to get lost unless you stop counting the bars. Which is a very bad thing to do.
noticed that to can relate as well!
my band pretty much perfected it and had a concert this night
My band did a pretty good job with this song, but this band does and Awesome job with it. =) Go Robert W. Smith
I could tell that too, I had that part. ^_^
GO Clarinets!!!
when i played this song in school they would always make me flinch when i was playing my trumpet.haha so each clap was a scare
Our eighth grade band tried playing this but we said screw it(: Yeah, it's a difficult song!! I think this band did great at it! The most difficult part for me was going from 3/4 to 4/4...
we are playing this in concert band at my school
And why are the trumpets in every single band on all of CZcams overblowing? This is a big problem in the slow section.
Idk we just love play louder
What's worse is that the conductor doesn't do anything about it, and he/she should be able to hear it and fix the problem
I liked our version personally... then again the Euph player (me) kept stealing random parts from the trumpets or sax... The director only called me on it when it sounded bad. The rest of the time he just looked and me and asked me if I was bored, good times.
@aliothblake The Great Locomotive Chase and the Great Steam Boat Race.
Also his newer songs about Brazil and Africa not only sounds the same they have parts from this song and the others :(
2:00 yeah !!!!
Oh yeah! The one in the black?
@gowdizzle true manz!!
one of the trumpets are way overplayin
i played this piece in 7th grade for LGPE and it sounds totally different and we got a 1 and my teacher is a LGPE judge
for the piccalo and bass clarienet duet, i have to play next wednsday in a concert, so nervous!!
That bass clarinet solo is supposed to be up an octave.
Blake Belladonna i think it sounds better lower because you can hear it better
Blake Belladonna I'm playing in the lower octave as well, it easier when we switch notes so the rhythm is right
SERIOUSLY?
So is ours, we have a symphonic band, and our concert band is doing this one. I'm in it as a percusionist, first chair. What instrument do you play?
one saxophone? how many people are in your band?
@Thingsthatgoboom97 i played clarinet for this song my 8th grade year, i'm now a senior :o
measure 14-38 where the flutes have that repeating section, it seems like they slowed down a lot.
As long as you can get that woodwind part ,it's fine
Im playing this in band now.. i play trombone i love the part at 3:00
Our school has 2 bands, upper and lower, and the instructor intentionally keeps it all pretty balanced, though since we're fairly large we double All 3 clarinet parts. Nothing like this though haha. The only thing we might have too much of is low reeds cuz we have 2 bari players
trut me ik how it feels to be the only sax with the melody -__- and it is tough
at about 2:41 the baritones should have came in a little bit earlier but it was good my school is playing that right now
This is my favorite piece of music and the trumpets overplayed the whole song! :-(
Question....why are they moving so much??
cool story bro
3:17 bitch sit the fuck down lmao great song we just got this in our band class yesterday i like it
@ZavieXavier1 i play first horn to this song at my school :D
I swear to God, there is an army of coughing people who raid orchestral performances to cough in the beginning
GG mallets.
mine only had 11 people when we played it for are 9-10 grade band our mass band band was only 26 people and we play Hawaii- five-o into for mass
I really want to do this for band bc bass clarinet solo
playing this in 7th grade
My high made this into a marching band composition
Why does everyone move so much?
Our band only has 3 clarinets cause every one moved away or graduated ._.
marilyn is lame we have 2 😂😂
dont be so rude id like to c u guys do a better job im playing it in school right now and its an amazing piece
if anyone plays the bass clarinet for this i wanna see the sheet music :p
Yeas agree who ever was playing xylophone needs to practice her speed a little more :)
@AamenJ i noticed that to o_o
3:00
7 0th grade flute. I have my work cut out for me
one saxophone? oy.
@XXzman9523XX I know! i play the xylo in my band to and she dissapointed me :(
@xXetfbmthXx i know.. i believe that is a main part? lol. if u check out my bands version the marimba is like all you here.. haha
パーカッションがデカすぎる
There are only 15 people
I feel its going to fast for 4/4 but it was good anyhow.. my band (school) was okay but not this good
holy shit on your clarents btw i know what its like to be an only intsrament tppe we only had one base clarne (me) and one trumpet and a shit ton of saxs and flutes we had to play over lol
holy crap! the trumpets. hard piece. don't like as much as the tempest or even Imperium (Michale Sweeny) and I know they're both middle school songs
Trumpets are too loud, especially in the slow section! Only exception 6:36 where they are not loud enough - must be fortississimo.
2nd and 3rd trumpets could've been louder
Makayla Neibling we love overpowering other instruments.
2nd and 3rd trumpets suck ass
@selenagomezfan678 maybe the clarinets need to play out
?
You guys complain way too much. It's an easy song. I've been playing it for 7 years and its never been.a.problem. and so what they have different octaves or loudness it's their version. Not everyone plays the exact same so get over it and love the song anyways.
Sydni Garrett sure you have
Boiii
its the easiest song ever😂😂
How old are You? Trust me. I've been playing violin since I was 6. I am now 18. Nice try honey🤔🙄
Sometimes people make some rude comments but the truth is can u play any better or even know how to play it (just saying)🤨🙄
is that highschool because their not
very good
My band is playing this im the percussion section leader im playing wind chimes, crash cymbals, and gong. You guys slowed down way to much at i think its like 78.ya way to slow and are going to slow after that to. At least thats how i feel we played it a little faster it was better because it didnt feel like it dragged on. overall good job though.
Sorry but i have to say it....Thats what she said! xD
ahhhhhhh! trumpets! way too loud.
If this is a professional band why do the mallets, Horns, and Bass Clarient all Fail?
Too many clarinets! My homies~
Stop rushing
thats so true im in 7th grade band and we play way better the flutes actulay play alot faster and tounge its hard but possible
*ears start bleading*
Piccolo solo fail
hahahahahaha. the tambourine player is epic failing his rhythm in the beginning and it messes everyone else up.
It is easy to play shush stop complaining gosh
STOP RUSHING!!
Piccolo is out of tune!!!! Aghhhh
i am a 7th grader and i played this with a 7th grade honors band last night... i play the string bass ( only orchestra instrument allowed) anyway me and my friend max and the whole orchestra played much better than this
There's nothing professional about the two mallet players. -_-"
Well they made this song look like a piece of shit...
Out of tune and needs to keep up w/ tempo sorry
Wrong notes, most people are on different tempos, out of tune. Sorry but my middle school band plays this better and we are bunch of 7th and 8th graders.
