The trainer told AB he could put the medicine ball down while they jump and he said nah, the fact of him continuing to hold it while the others are only using bodyweight is the difference. Thats what separates AB right there before our eyes. That small sample of example is how he separates. Its amazing.

Not necessarily, it’s always good to incorporate your arms with your legs when doing drills and speed mechanics. If he keep using the medicine ball and not his arms. It could imbalance his running

If you want something you must put yourself through pain to get it. Very simple yet a very hard thing to do. AB is a role model because he makes himself vulnerable to the process. He doesn’t need to or have to, he wants to improve constantly. This is how success is accomplished.

For certain capacities a sprinter would want to shrink their height in acceleration phase and then stand up tall in top end speed phase.
Football during shorter bursts and change directions a player would want to reduce their height then in top-end speed stand up tall.
Exactly they taught that in track drills. Accelerate low out the gate then slowly rise up as u get to full speed. Tell me why nobody mentions the trainer saying 5`12? Lol I thought he was joking at first
What an incredible athlete and display of hard work and dedication. Truly one of the greats and I hope ho continues to play with some team.I'm rooting for this guy. No reason for him to be demonized before all the evidence comes out and the investigation is finished. Even then I believe we should all be all be able to forgive rather than become a 'cancel' culture. Sending all my best to this man.

There are a few reasons I don't watch most professional sports or certain sports. Though, in regards to U.S. football the effects of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) and that specific groups of people such as people generally seen as too short, women, etc. (I could elaborate if necessary) are rarely prospects or looked at to make the money and other resources provided to many professional athletes or by many of the most economically successful sports businesses/organizations/institutions are a couple reasons I very rarely watch the NFL/sport. I haven't seen all of Mr. Antonio Brown's videos on his CZcams page. Though, I have seen multiple videos. Antonio Brown's public and personal CZcams page seems to be quite entertaining and interesting. It's quite interesting and at times surprising that someone of his socioeconomical status is willing to show what he does, aspects of his personality, and personal life.
He's very down to earth yet was painted the complete opposite. I think he's a good dude with great energy to spread. Hopefully his teammates follow his lead.
