What do you think about SCIG (sub q) immunoglobulin under the skin?. Do you think it works the same as Ivig?. Did you you ever use SCIG on your patients with autoimmune disorders ?. If using ivig, plaquenil, aspirin and fragmin do you also add prednisone ?. If yes what dose would you recommend. I have CHI found in my placenta, low protein s, adenomyosis and history of antiCardioplin and 3 of 15 wks miscarriage, one 13wks and 6wk this year. Any advise would be great. Thanks

i have autoimmune hypothyroidism. with that diagnosis i was still able to have 2 children. 3 months after i delivered my 2nd son i had an HPV vaccine and infertility. i had 2-3 miscarriages. My doctor said that only if i had lupus it could lead to those miscarriages. my 1st lupus test was positive. 2nd was negative. all fertility tests and ovarian tests showed that i am healthy and able to have more children. My doctors still can't find the reason... and i have become allergic after the HPV vaccine. I have skin allergy. i am allergic to animals. I can't have any pets. though i love cats. What is wrong with me? Please answer my question.

Hi Dr. I had ET of 5day blastocyst on 28th March. My Bhcg on 7th April was 21 and repeated today was 10 . That means its declined. Is it a sign of miscarriage?
My NK cells are very active found out through uterine biopsy. Iam also on prednisolone 20mg , with this medication can i take multivitamin and CoQ10?
I was told by one of my doctors when I had miscarriage back in 2018 that multivitamin, vit C and CoQ10 prevents early miscarriage.
    But my question is,
With autoimmune condition where I have strong immunity and taking prednisolone 20mg can I still take CoQ10, Vit C and Multivitamins to prevent from miscarriage to happen. As my Bhcg has dropped iam worried. Please help me🙏

      Aspirn -75g a day
prednisone- need to speak to a doctor, no more than 20g a day I think.
And there’s another where they inject you every two weeks it’s called soya, ( it has eggs white and this slow down killer cells that kill your baby) think you can get this in Harley street uk.
Hope this helped, this is from all my research and will be going into this medication as soon as I get pregnant again.
