Things will always change, for change is the only constant thing. We can try to run from it or hide. Though fully unaware it sits there and blind sides us.

Even if it feels like you're puffing from a cigarette. Imagine a new life resting in your hands as you draw the hope into your lungs exhale the fear and live again.

Under pressure the best will be tested and through testing, transformed; light has a way of peaking through the cracks of our self esteem and we end up shining more brightly than before.

At all the times that should have already ruined you. The times that should have made you cold as ice, that instead created a heart that is kind. Never mind all the insults you've ever heard when you didn't defend yourself with a single word.
