The Split Village in Oblivion

In this video I did the quests The Great Divide, The Coming Storm, and Everything In Its Place. When you return to Split later on and if you sided with the demented ones Jastira gives you a dead rat, so that's nice.

Nice choice with the music. Definitely good alternative to original OST but only in the Shivering Isles. That quick beat jazz while in the village of Split was well placed👌

I don't personally use any mods, but I'm pretty sure there are mods to fix the scaling.

@ Oh yeah. Loads of mods. Too many mods. It's hard to choose just one, frankly. I recommend Ascension combined with Balanced Creature Stats and Balanced NPC Level Cap, three mods made by PushTheWinButton, designed to work together to solve the most egregious vanilla Oblivion balance issues with as soft a touch as possible. Balanced Unleveled Rewards is another good mod by that same person, although I'm less familiar with the details of that one, so caveat emptor.
Other than that, you could just... never sleep. Stay at level 1 forever. I wish I could do that in real life...
