Fantastic video Senthil... Still i remember we used in my home in 1996... Its amazing traditional tiles and mainly we use in Chetinad Houses... Congeats to you and Vasu to bring back our Floor Tiles.

Very nice, handmade work. Lots of aathangudi tiles are used at my village home. It will be better if worker use gloves, proper dress to avoid mud on their body and they can put mask also. All these points are said for worker safety.

I would recommend you to go for athengudi tiles if u r Budget permits. These tiles will glow as years progress.

I have used this tiles for my French client nearly 8yrs back was very very good quality. The result is very good. Even two month back I saw that floor was very very chill and glowing. I too documented few years back, I went one of the athengudi tile manufacturer, recorded video and I asked them about their pigment preparation but didn't tell me. Could you please open up the pigment secret?
