Iâm so new at this. At 57 I realize all the jars and containers fill with coins I could be sitting on a gold mine. After figuring out a organized way of going through them Iâm really enjoying it. My children think Iâm wasting my time so when I hit it big I just might not tell them. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.

I have a question about my 1963 D ben Franklin half dollar the eagle on the reverse has 2 feet on one leg? And at the top of my full bell line it has a zig zag design any help?
Have Three 1963-D- mint marks which are doubling Reverse side. Mint Mark and some.
I've a 1963 half dollar Ben Franklin in extremely fine condition. Still in plastic package from it's grading. Unfortunately all letters on the package are worn off. No mint mark. Bell lines are extremely visible. Although with the plastic still on it unbroken seal. With magnifying glass hard to see I there is ddr happening with this coin. Any suggestions?

I just saw this video. I have a 1963 Uncirculated half dollar coin. It is stored in it'so original Franklin Legacy - Poor Richard's Almanacs see through pouch. It also has a .13 cent Indian Head Penny stamp issued 1978 below the coin. I researched and
at auction it may be capable of going into 3 thousand. But I am not sure.
I looked on the back side of the coin and the bell is upside down. Would that make a differance? Was that an error? Just curious. Not sure if I will put it up for auction just yet,

1963 Franklin there are two types a type I and a type II the way to tell them apart is the eagle wing tips on the left side four tips showing type I and three wing tip is a type II only in the Philadelphia mint only

I have a Philadelphia mint 1963 set. But I am seeing these sets on eBay for $30-$40 all day long. So Iâm not understanding why coins that look worse than mine that are not even part of a set seem to be worth so much more? Iâm confusedâŠđ€Šđ»ââïž
