Newer players may laugh at the "This week no food in the game" but if I remember right there was a dehydration event a couple wipes ago. Seems you dehydrated after like 3 minutes and there was no water to be found, none on Therapist and such.

Gas masks DO help protect against radiation.
How much effect it will have depends on
1, the type of radiation. Some is very easily blocked, some not so much.
2, the dose of radiation you are exposed to.
3, if there is fallout or not.
4, the type, fitment and codition of gasmask.
If just radiation exposure wasn't enough to do you in quckly, the gas mask will prevent ingestion or inhilation of radioactive material, which is obviously going to be much more harmful inside you than if it's kept out.
As a new player, may i ask where are the radiation areas ?
