To be fair he has bunch of other famous marches as well. He was pretty popular back in his time (hence why circuses used his music)
All of history tend to be essentially a tragedy on the small scale but a comedy on the large scale.
Example: the entire global economy once collapsed because of TULIPE PRICES crashing, this was tragic to those who sold homes or businesses to buy Tulip buds that were now worthless but hilarious to those of us with the larger context and enough distance to see the obvious cause and effect of so many people selling something like a house or farm for a handful of flower buds that haven't even been grown yet.
