Sleep Paralysis, I get it all the time. It causes your senses to heighten & any sight u see, sound u hear, & thinking you do gets exaggerated to higher levels. When it happens to me I can hear people talking outside & it's sounds like their in my room & their is a sensation u feel on your body that feels like someone is laying on you or sometimes it a vibration sensation. It's a great experience if you don't panic. For me it happens when I clear my mind before I go to sleep, when I'm stressed or when I fall asleep right after I eat.

same here happened to me about 4 to 5 times as well.. Its sleep paralysis.. hopefully.. lol.. Still not a fun experience though.. the first 2 times it happened to me I was scared shitless nd the rest of the other times I knew what it was(i believe) and just stayed calm throughout the paralysis and it went away fairly quick and less horrific.. staying calm and breathing nice and slow helps it.
It's called sleep paralysis. It's also accompanied by hallucinations and abstract experiences. I've had the same experience but the room was shaking and it sound like the fucking devil was talking to me. I couldn't move, talk, or anything. Scary shit. Stress less and it won't happen.

It's true when I was a boy I used to wake up not able to move while seeing 5-6 shadowy figures around me poking my ribs, this happened everynight I was scared to go to sleep knowing they would come again to study me... One night I broke out of their magnetic force bubble and I never seen these figures act so confused they were looking at each other like how did I do that or they were finally satisfied, all I know after that break through of will power I never woke up like that again
That's what I was going to say. I've actually looked into this quite a bit since I'm enjoy watching/reading into alien abduction cases. In most cases sleep paralysis can explain away MOST of these experiences.
