I have been prescribed Vitamin D3 and take twice a day by my Dr so my insurance pays for it and check it regularly and I am good so far. Health and living in the Midwest has caused me to not get enough sun for sure.

You should invest in the Zoe Trio stroller- It is lightweight and fits through doors. It goes from a double to a triple. The seats recline and thee sunshades are huge. It will be a lifesaver when Kayla is out with all 3. They even have car seat adapters

Hi
So many people are dealing with low levels of vitamin D and they do not even know it. Ever since covid. Mine and my husbands are dealing with low vitamin D.
Take vitamin D Monday & Friday. Put a red black or whatever color mark on the Monday & Friday to remind you.
I take Nature Made vitamin D3 1000 IU (25 mcg) once a day. That was a lot of exercise pushing the baby stroller! Remember to be careful since you are still recovering. Have a great weekend 😊

They all definitely need some some time and space to process everything that has happened in regards to Kayla and Caleb. Please keep them in thoughts and prayers and when they are ready they will update us all. It’s been a lot especially for Kayla and the girls and they just need our love and prayers during this very difficult time.😔😔

I think people are just in shock but looking back I see red flags. Caleb seemed like he was forcing laughs etc
Could Kayla’s friend move in with her until the lease is up to help financially and just for company? It’s hard when you live with someone and then they are gone. The girls could all go in 1 room or Kayla and Aspyn could share a room.
