Sharara / garara can be a “vardaan” for slimmer body type.. try wearing a garara with peplum tops :) as the peplum will add volume to your upper body and garara flare will add volume to your lower body.. Hope it works and make you feel confident wearing it :)

Dear , I m sorry to say this....that u r absolutely wrong about describing the difference between sharara and gharara....and most people hv misconception in this regard....infact the difference can b understood as this way.....sharara = lehenga with just one ghera without any partition similar to wide maxi and gharara is a kind of palazzo or pants with very wide flairs ...originally and authentically ghararas were never stitched with fitting..they were always stitched with very loose fitting with very wide flairs....and were never stitched with tight fitting especially on thighs , u may look into the very old Indian movies like pakeezah , Umrao jaan and many other movies of old time....authentic ghararas r always stitched in the way that they r left very loose from waist to toe ..just a Chunnat on the knees , with very wide flairs with partitions like very wide pants or palazzo but sadly nowadays as bollywood follows western fashion trends and the result is a huge change in everything..be it clothing or culture or anything else. ..a very wrong kind of information and misconception is established in all sphere of life...may it b fashion, food , clothing , culture etc etc

You can try a simple loose bun or else a nice braided hair ponytail.. Rest depends upon your physique..
