സമൂഹത്തിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങളോട് മറ്റൊരുവിഭാഗത്തിനോ രാഷ്ട്രീയാധികാരിവർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾക്കോ ആ വിഭാഗങ്ങൾ അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന ജീവിത പ്രശ്നങ്ങളോട് സഹാനുഭൂതിയോ കൂറോ തോന്നുന്നത് , മുൻസാമൂഹികാനുഭവങ്ങൾ വെച്ചു നോക്കിയാൽ അവരിൽ നിന്ന് തങ്ങൾ പ്രതിനിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന് അനുകൂലമായ സമീപനങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാകുമ്പോഴാണ്. അതായത് രാഷ്ട്രീയപാർട്ടികൾക്ക് പ്രധാനമെന്നു പറയാവുന്നത് ഒരു സൗഹൃദസംഭാഷണമോ പുഞ്ചിരിയോ അല്ലല്ലോ. വോട്ട് എന്ന ചാപ്പ കുത്തൽ തന്നെയാകണം എന്നത് നിർബന്ധമാണ്. അതാണല്ലോ ആധുനികത . ഇത് പക്ഷേ, മനുഷ്യർക്കേ ബാധകമാവൂ. പക്ഷിമൃഗാദി വളർത്ത് ജന്തുക്കൾക്കല്ല. പശു എന്ന മൃഗം ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ചർച്ചാ വിഷയമാകുന്ന സന്ദർഭങ്ങൾ വിരളമല്ല. കാള, പോത്ത്, ആട് തുടങ്ങിയ നാൽക്കാലികളെ വളർത്തി ഉപജീവനം നടത്തുന്നവർ നിരവധിയാണ്. അഖ്ലാക്ക് എന്ന മനുഷ്യന്റെ കൈവശം പശുവിറച്ചി കണ്ടതിനാൽ ഉത്തരേന്ത്യയിൽ ബി.ജെ.പി. ഭരണകാലത്ത് ആ മനുഷ്യൻ കൊല ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടത് പ്രധാന സംഭവമായിരുന്നു. മാധ്യമങ്ങൾക്കും പ്രസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്കും അത് ചാകര ആയിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ അന്നും ഇന്നും പശു ചർച്ച ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നു. മനുഷ്യനെ കൊല ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് പശുവിനോട് സഹതാപം തോന്നുന്നു. രാമനും സീതയും വനവാസകാലത്ത് മാംസം ഉണക്കി ഭക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നു വേണ്ട ചരിത്രാതീതകാലവും പൗരാണികകാലഘട്ടം വരെ ചർച്ചയിൽ കൊണ്ട് വരുന്നു. എന്തിനാണ് ? പശുക്കളോടുള്ള അനുഭാവമില്ലായ്‌മയോ അനുഭാവമോ അതിനെ കൊല്ലുന്നവരോടുള്ള രാഷ്ട്രീയ വിധേയത്വമോ മാംസക്കയറ്റുമതി ചെയ്ത് ജീവിക്കുന്നവരെ സാധൂകരിക്കലോ ഒന്നുമല്ല...പിന്നെന്താണ് ?....അതാണ് മുകളിൽ പ്രസ്താവിച്ചത്...😄
