This house rightly proves " money doesn't buy taste " .
-Aesthetically unpleasant ,
-The color combination is horrendous,
-A house of such a big scale doesn't even have a proper dining area ,
- The kitchen seems to be a last hour decision , fitted right beside the stairwell ,
-The wallpapers are harsh on the eyes ,
- The outdoor tiles continue onto the living room ( seriously ??) ,
-Master bedroom with a sink next to the bedroom ,
- the chandeliers , though beautiful, are rather too big for the stairwell ...
Such a poorly designed house . Lacks visual appeal.

As much as I agree with @Subrat Sharma I must say that the host has a very poor and an unpleasant way of describing a property. Any who buys this property retains a character with lots of money and such a person is mobile(not in nepal at that moment), they would love the host to be very descriptive about the house and not display an offensive manner. Him mentioning the design of the chair was very laughable. Dude what kind of marble is used in the house? what is the area of the house? what are the nearest attractions? What convenience does this property brings in for the new landlord? The lightings? I mean every detail for the guy to understand that the amt of money he/she is investing is worth it. Right.

I am so sorry to say but a must, a big no to this ROYAL residents. the location may very beautiful but not the interior designs n hosing plan. what in the world you gonna have a kitchen n dining area next to a staircase which leeds the guest or outsiders to upper floors.and if u gonna live with kids in that house, u may better getting another housemaid to keep children away from those chandeliers. and it's so big to that place
