2. Hard disk chal rhi hai ya nhi
3. Ram Thik se laga hai
Agar ye sabh kuch sahi hai to fir Windows Install karane wali hogi

I think in your case Ram or processor is not workable with your old motherboard but on motherboard one Ram slot is not working.
Sir mere pass Intel R pentium R 4 CPU 2.80 GHz motherboard hai isme windows 7 install kar sakate hai.
