Real-time Auroras over Ålesund

Thought this was kinda neat to see in real-time, so I waited two hours in cold wind on a Saturday evening to get this clip. Even a crop sensor (APS-C) camera nowdays are so good this is possible. I set the light sensitivity of the camera to be as close to human eye perception as possible. Watch in HDR for the most accurate effect. Tomorrow might get even stronger auroras, if I get a significantly better video I'll upload that one as well. Optimally, I'd get the Viltrox 13mm F1.4 which is a bit wider, and much less optical artifacts, but I can't afford it for a while still. Next aurora season I hope.
I'm still learning to use this amazing camera, but I'm seeing pretty good results already. I really hope to afford a larger memory cards so I can record longer clips without having to worry about running out of space, as you can see, this cop could have been longer and should have, but filesizes are so big, and 128gb are not enough for this work. I would be most comfortable if I can afford a CFExpress with 1TB or 2TB capacity, that would give complete freedom for multi-day hikes without worrying about running out of space, but these cards are 500-1000 usd, and I'm still bleeding from the camera purchase haha.
Shot handheld with the Fujifilm X-H2s and the 16mm F1.4, F-Log, ISO 3200 23.976 FPS, 720 MBit All intra 6.2K Open Gate. Graded in Final Cut Pro and exported to Rec.2020 HLG HDR. Daylight WB, no adjustents, only fuji's official f-log2 to hdr lut. Video is supersampled from 6240x4160 down to 3840x2160 for the least noise and most detail possible.

word of advice, shoot content for other people for super cheap to build their business and in return you will raise capitol to buy the gear you need. Charge full rate once you acquire all your gear

That's good advice, right now I'm still learning about the world beyond point and shoot, and once I'm more confident what I'm doing is worth something to others I'll consider taking some babysteps towards earning a bit from it
