- When I saw Thriller Gen Encore for the first time, I thought it was amazing, so I decided to make some sprites for it as well as charting it!

good god, the transitions back to his idle for his left and down are beautiful to watch
I like how this goes with the "be not afraid/It's all ok" path and makes it so rewrite is just trying to have a good time, no soul snatching or anything

The up sprite, for me, makes me feel like the mask of sanity Rewrite has to lure the player in, is on the verge of breaking. The dilated pupils make me think he’s just barely resisting going all out, and the hand positioning looks like he’s trying to get a grip back on the mask.
It's actually called Constricted Pupil
Dilated pupils are the Big, or Wide ones
Constricted is when they get smaller

Such a cool take on how most other people do it, the look feels a lot more eerie as this Sonic design is pleasant but something feels stranger and more unsettling about it without the demonic appearence.

its a good job for everything, but my recommendations is that rewrite needs to look a bit more pixelized and rewrite is about the size of bf so is it ok if you make the 3d sprite smaller and pixelized? if not, it's totally understandable.

The paint 3D model is kinda good acctually,even tho the orignal was made in something that is not paint 3D i think, i belive it was most likely created using blender
