This one was just straight up impossible.

Absolutely nothing wrong with this puzzle. Quibbling is a common word. Had the contestant gotten this puzzle , then no one would be quibbling about this puzzle.
Yes, as a matter of fact the million dollar grand prize has been won three times since it's inception, in 2008 not long after it's debut (Season 26), 2013 (Season 30), and third and most recently in 2014 (Season 31).

Contestants need to start picking unusual letters. For instance, people hardly ever pick the letter K. Quibbling is a perfectly good puzzle answer.
