tried making these butter rolls but when baking they were swimming in butter what did i do wrong

There’s definitely something secret about butteries. Several recipes on CZcams etc, but NONE by a baker who actually knows what he’s doing. I’ve tried two or three times. Success to me is defined as being just like from an Aberdeen baker. No success so far, and I’ve had your problem.
