5 Floor Pre Engineered Steel Structure Building | PART-1

This G+5 multi-story Pre Engineered Steel Structure Building, is a combination of PEB, and LGSF Technology. We have used PEB Structures, for the column, rafter, floor, and stairs, whereas the wall, and internal partitions, have LGSF structures, filled with Rockwool insulation,.
The outer wall features, cement fiberboard, which is fireproof, Termite Proof, and Damp Proof,. EPACK Prefab has taken care of the complete aesthetic look,
for the building, by covering up, all the columns, Fire Fighting Pipes, and, all electrical, and plumbings, with LGSF frames.
For Flooring, EPACK Prefab has used, Decking Sheet, with RCC, so that it can provide extra strength to the building.
The Pre Engineered Building is completely fire-rated, with a coating of 1500 micron, fire painting. The Building has the facility of both, elevator, and stairs, which has been designed, manufactured, and Installed as per fire norms from top to bottom.

the bracing details are kept off centric instead of concentric , cosnidering this being delhi this should have been avoided . No logic of doing like that .
