In my view, writting down the notation is the optimal method for quickly learning to read it. Additionally, as demonstrated in the video, identifying the notes beforehand allows us to concentrate on practicing rather than struggling to recognize them while playing.
Break it down into 3 or 4 bars at a time, even if we covered reading the entire piece in one go in the video. Give it a try and share your feedback on whether it improves your learning experience. Happy practicing!

Sir it's should be played double the time signature in 6/8 .

You're absolutely right! You can arrange 'Happy Birthday' in 6/8. However, 3/4 captures the traditional emphasis and phrasing of the song with its simple meter structure. It emphasizes a consistent grouping of three quarter notes per measure. My arrangement uses 3/4 for that classic feel.
Also, 6/8 is a compound time signature, meaning it's felt in groups of three eighth notes, often with dotted quarter notes (dotted crotchets). 'Happy Birthday', on the other hand, has a simple meter feel. This is why 3/4 is a more natural fit.
Thanks for bringing up this valuable point - it's always interesting to discuss alternative interpretations!
