I really enjoyed this, for a shot in the dark that looked interesting that I saw on a random ad, this series really delivered and introduced me to a man-even though I hadn't heard of him before-makes me proud to be Canadian. I learned so much and by the end, I was so proud of Borje's accomplishments. He was my parents' generation, just a few years older. I liked his family life being shown, seeing all these old men as young men, learning about others I didn't know about, and speaking Sweedish was authentic. I loved Borje and Smokey's relationship (his narration all through) and the original photos and write-up at the end. ❤🇨🇦
When I was a kid I got to watch Salming play and he was my favourite player next to Lafluer. But I watched 2 episodes of this series and I just stopped. It was horrible, horrible acting, writing and just boring as hell. To top it off you had to read what they were saying. Im sorry but if this is for an English audience have the speak English. It doesnt make it any less authentic. I was really excited about this when I first heard about it. Now I just hope someone re does it properly. Dont waste your time
