In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. Valuable points i agree when's the hybrid seeds came to our field , we losed our natural resources

Good speech on old and current systems of agriculture. My village is very near to your grant parent village Mangalrevu .
Rightly said. Down to earth 👍
Respected Muthukrishnan sir, felt very happy to listen at your agriculture knowledge.congrats.pls do more sir.
instaBlaster...
I respect the speaker.. But i feel the title should have been History of Farming practices.. I couldn't learn any innovations in farming..

Sir, your narration excellent its eye opening for our Indians, good guidance for me.Thanks
yes , rightly said by the sir, I have been living in India for 2 years and I have been seeing that there is no digitalization in the farming sector and also people are using old methods for carry out operations . In australia , BlockGrain firm using the new method on how to create the digital supply chain method to enhance the agricultural methods.
Love u sir....... superb....... pure Indian.....🇮🇳💪👍
An enlightening Analysis !
Wonderful speech

beauitiful speech in tamilan .this is tamilnadu villege suesvation
Well said!
Actually Indian Agricultural was developed because Agriculture was a Subject at Nalanda , Taxila etc. University !!!
So we had Centuries of Experience .
But due to our Shortsightness and immediate profits,
All MNC work to make People dependent on them First.
In my 13 yrs in a semi wild environment.. I was only once wrong about ants sighting and rain .. ants would cross our jungle path in droves when rain is imminent.. it happens all the time except once .. the dark clouds were blown away by the wind
An Agricultural Testament was written by Sir Albert Howard...
We Can't Reform this System, We can learn this System...
How can v help our farmers, can a farmer of 2 acres land holding make a respectful living
Rajesh Shirole farmers can make a decent living only when their produce gets inflation adjusted rates. In the last 48 years the govt procurement prices have not kept up with inflation. We are pushing our farmers into more and more crisis every year.
I'm agree with you
An old farmer was asked by a great scientist.. grand uncle why aren't you using an electric pump to lift the water from the well .. the farmer replied .. If I use the pump I lose my simplicity, and if I lose my simplicity I lose myself
Very enthusiastic but practice what you have to talk
Politics spoiled humanity
This man speach in english dont know how many farmer understand him.
amit bansal this wasnt for the farmers.....it was for us to undderstand the system
Don't agree with him, please compare the current population and population for which he talking about. New technologies overcome the old method mainly due to industrialization of farming which has side-effects but also see what main benefits to current society. Also ask do they confident if we follow old method then we can feed all current population?

Appears to be silly.
Farmer has farming skills not 65 skills.
What do you think is farming skill? What he is saying is that farming is not a single skill. It is a skill-set. He clearly explained what he said. Pay attention.
Parenting skills is a combination of skills not 29 different skills.
Similarly farming skills is just one skill not a multitude of skills.
Try to understand nuances of language. You can get it.
