i think the tolerance to decline line is actually about wanting to get sober. fits in line with the rest of the lyrics

Feel like I might be the only one who doesn't really like this song. Just kind of a turn-off for me, which is a first for $uicideboy$/either of them solo. I just hope the rest of the album is better than this, because this just ain't it for me.
