    - Oatmeal - 4-5 tablespoons
    - Olive oil
    Fry for 7-10 minutes on each side
    - Yogurt

    - 1 tortilla
    - Salt
    - Pepper
    - Garlic powder
    - Spinach
    - Chives
    - 10 cherry tomatoes
    - 1/2 pepper
    - Mozzarella - 100gr.
    200C/390F 15-20 minutes
    - Parsley
