THE BOYACA MOTORCYCLE DIARIES (COLOMBIA)

A motorcycle adventure through Boyaca, one of the most beautiful parts of Colombia!
The team is finishing the renovation of a furnished apartahotel in Manga, Cartagena, so I am hitting the road to go document our progress and arrive for the grand opening. First, I am heading through the department of Boyaca, known as the "Land of Champions" thanks to its sporting legends. Boyaca is also known as the most beautiful department of Colombia and has so many small towns to explore. I visit Mongui, Nobsa, Duitama, Sogamosa, Aquitania, Isa, Firavitoba, Laguna de Tota and Palermo. The Colombian road trip has begun!

Dang I can tell this was pre cv19, these mask mandates are driving me crazy. Can't believe how easy people accepted to permanently use them. Idk if you're a fan of hot springs but iza has a nice hot springs spot. That being said if you haven't checked out the hot springs in Paipa you're missing out. I actually went to Paipa about a month ago through this stunning off road between Vado Real, Santander to Paipa Boyacá. Truly gorgeous scenery, so many waterfalls etc. I highly recommend it.

Yes except to cross from Panama to Colombia there's no road. I felt it from PTY to BOG

If you go to Panama to Colombia you most ship it from a ship to the city
