HEY BOYS (gamers) (gaming) it is me HARMNONE (harmnone) here to play gta5 (gta 5) (gta online) I recently purchased an iPhone 13 from (mrbossftw) (he was illegally selling them :D) as I walked down MAIN STREET towards MADISON SQUARE GARDEN I stumbled across LEBRON JAMES (wow, incredible) he was in the middle of getting DUNKED ON by MICHAEL JORDAN (MJ) because even at 780 years old MICHAEL JORDAN is still a much better player than Bron (it's true) as I walked I saw a billboard featuring EST GEE & 42 DUGG (two of the greatest rappers alive) advertising their new ALBUM "LAST ONES LEFT" (they are the last ones left) on top of that I also walked past LIL BABY (the goat). As I continued I stumbled upon JOE BIDEN (wtf) (he was taking money from mrbossftw to be let off of his prison sentence) (he was convicted of being one of the worst CZcamsr's in history) after I witnessed this (which I totally didn't obviously) (pls joe don't have my family wiped). Finally I reached my final destination, JFK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT where I then witnessed TGG (the gaming gorilla, ((famous gta 5 CZcamsr)) being detained by the TSA for suspicion of international piracy on the high seas (wow). Naturally this was alarming as I didn't believe that he was a pirate (innocent until proven guilty) I then boarded my plane and flew into EUROPE (but definitely not near UKRAINE or RUSSIA ((I DONT WANT TO GO THERE RIGHT NOW)) finally the plane landed in Somalia, where I then dismounted the plane (yes) and got into a white Toyota Hilux pickup truck (with a mounted DShK machine gun in the bed((a bit odd)) I then went to a remote village on the eastern side of the BEAUTIFUL NATION. In said village I was instructed to enter a hut made of scrap corrugated metal fence and blue tarps. Inside of the hut I found something I never expected to see. Tylarious, Broughy1322, Digital Car Addict, Saintsfan, Nitrix Warlord, TGG and... MRBOSSFTW... all sitting around a small table made of thatch and tires (wtf is going on omg) they then sat me down and handcuffed me to the small 3 legged white plastic chair (oh no)
Naturally this was a very alarming situation to be apart of, but I wasn't going to let it get the best of me. Next thing I know, DONALD (redacted monetization and legal reasoning) AND KANYE (yez) WEST enter the hut through the back piece of tarp.
MrBossFTW comes over to me while the others watch in disarray, he gets close to me and whispers in my ear "you wanna know how I got this hut?"
I replied "no not really"
He said "I've made over 7,000 clickbait videos, extended just past the 8 minutes mark, for extra ad revenue. Now that my views are dwindling and the next era of GTA CZcamsrs are being ushered in, I've felt it was time to take the reigns back into my hands"
Feeling very confused and like I was having a fever dream, just when I thought things couldn't get any stranger...
WHISTLINDIESEL RUNS THROUGH THE WALL OF CORRUGATED FENCE AND TARPS IN HIS BRAND NEW LAMBORGHINI HURACAN THAT HE recently purchased from TJ HUNT (what is going on ((I am truly alarmed)) hitting and dismembering the worst GTA 5 youtuber of all time.
Moments later we all gather ourselves and meet around what's left of the table (there is not much)
Former US President Donald (redacted for legal and monetization reasons) reaches his hand out to me and assures me that nothing like this will ever happen again (wow) and that MrBossFTW has been a wanted criminal on the CIA's MOST WANTED LIST for 10 YEARS (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
I receive the CONGRESSIONAL MEDAL OF HONOUR for my antics (not sure what I did but ok hehe) (medal of honor go brrrrrrrrr) I then ride back to the airport with the unspoken president and we depart back to NORTH AMERICA (epic)

I learned a long time ago that stat bars in video games are often super inaccurate. Thanks for testing this.
Absolutely factual, stat bars are almost always useless
Ironically same problem exist in RDO with horse stat bars :D
I remember when I was new in the game, I tried to figure out which of the cars is the fastest because I couldn't get the time trial done with my Turismo R (thanks Epic). I looked at all the bars of the expensive super cars on the website in game, and they are basically all the same. For a while I thought all of the supers perform almost identical and you just pay for looks. Turns out the bars are just bogus.
The bars mean absolutely nothing
I let random low levels l use my fastest vehicle for time trials and they win the money every time
I found out a lot of games that use bars are like that. Did the same thing in COD games and wondered how I was getting out gunned by guns with weaker stats. Now I just watch driftr n other youtubers videos who test out weapons or vehicles and give you the real stats. I think they make the stat bars but don't edit them whenever they do tweaks so they are never accurate when thr game is launched
Too true. Figured that out after I bought a turbo, doesn't do anything except take a hit to your wallet

there are places where they display 2 acceleration bars on top of each other, the second bar displays 5 additional segments for performance upgrades higher than max, i'm not sure where though.

Does rockstar make you pay full price or let you trade the old one like a normal property when you’re full of properties if that makes sense.. i’ve never known would like to move certain properties but don’t wanna pay again a trade in would be nice and a copy of my upgrade too maybe????
One way to demonstrate this is by racing with full upgrades (and thus, the full acceleration) but no turbo. You will 100% get your ass and by a car with turbo and the same upgrades

I watched Spiers doing time trials at the airport with his modder mate checking the speed and he couldn't get the speed he thought he should get even though his acceleratino was maxxed out then he went and added turbo tune and transmission and the car got faster. So either the car was not accelerating fast enough before the runway ran out the first time or he was able to get more top speed but either way it did still get faster. Just thought that would be an interesting point.
They also crashed the car into walls on its sides and apparently that made it faster as well. Quirky R* physics. Also the slick tires and shooting behind each tire, there are a bunch of little things that can make it a little faster.

I’ve always been told it does from friends but the evidence was only anecdotal. A few more trials would have made it “more conclusive” but I’m satisfied that the answer is yes, adding mods beyond max acc makes a difference!
I had figured it out the same way as you but I wanted to test to make sure!
Must be a case of like, 'if acceleration >=100, acceleration bar = full', but acceleration isn't capped at that hypothetical 100. Good to know!
Idk if this is a vid idea but I found out that during the co-founder payphone hit you can take any car to a Los Santos customs and all the respray colors are free and unlocked. This is how I got chrome and some of the more exotic colors on my car that I didn't unlock yet (xbox 1 btw)

LMAO Also, could you possibly make a video on how to tell what other players are doing? I play solo most of the time but I've been curious just in case I want to play with other players?

And are the various mods quantified? Like.... does the little lip spoiler produce the same downforce as the big double wing ricer spoiler? Do fender vents do more than just look good? Do carbon parts actually make your car lighter and handle different?
Is GTA that deep w the car mechanics or is it just "yes/no spolier" and the differences are just cosmetic?
I have tried to figure it out but just didnt have the time for solid testing. I couldn't tell the difference and didn't have a way to compare runs side by side.
Another thing that perplexes me.... i have several cars with an obvious NOS bottle and the buttons for it on the steering wheel.....why can't I get a little boost?
Or are the tuner cars straight up ricers, and my "nos" is just a sticker and those buttons arent hooked up cus there no upgrades under the hood? 😆

Theres a difference between acceleration and top speed upgrading it all the way just makes the top speed higher what you need to do is time how long each of those cars take to reach there top speed

I've often wondered the answer to this one. I know the bars are a rough guide at best. The bars would have you believe the Benny's upgraded Banshee is the fastest supercar. It ain't.

Has anyone tested HSW cars against old cars on PC with insane FPS? I heard that FPS affects the speed of cars because how the game engine works(correct me if i am wrong), so i been wondering if HSW update on PC would be a upgrade or downgrade seeing that E&E removed that FPS "glitch" from the console versions.
We’ll have to see when we finally get the E&E cars, I’ll be covering that as soon as it comes out have no doubt
@@HarmNone I hope its upgrade instead downgrade as that means you now need to spend money on HSW upgrade to get "old" speed back and cars that doesn't get HSW treatment becomes even slower than they are now :(
A speedometer mod would save a lot of time.
There's also a mod that adds more bars to the stats, so we know exactly how much extra we got.
Also, rockstar is a bit paranoid - transmission upgrades should either increase top speed or acceleration - changing gearing impacts those.
Maybe they could have done a "Final Drive" or "Gear range" whereas you could slide between top speed and acceleration.
Like the "Virtue" I'd swap a little bit of acceleration for top speed gains.

I think these bars are absolutely useless, they are like you proofed inaccurate but also, they don't represent the performance of a vehicle correctly.
The best example is probably to compare the Khamelion and the Futo (both in the sports class) via the stats from the bars in ls customs. According to the these bars, the Khamelion's acceleration is only half as good as the Futo's while the Khamelion has a higher top speed than the Futo. Both stats are of course completely wrong and it actually is the other way around, so we should never trust those bars, they tell us nothing about a vehicles performance.

I was wondering if traction actually slows you down or not, traction slows you down on open wheelers but I don’t know if that applies to other vehicles and also does other spoilers have better traction when the traction bar is maxed ?
The open wheel cars and a few others have "downforce" which is separate but related to traction, it's the downforce that slows you down, not traction.
Spoilers improve traction beyond the end of the bar aswell!

Every single in game stat display (weapons, vehicles) is *intentionally* misleading, it can be seen in the game files, there's a value and a display value and they never match.
Too bad we can't file a class action lawsuit lol
