So fun to sit and listen to you telling stories from your life. I'm really enjoying it! And it's so funny you telling that your daughter has an old car and it's a 2016 model! We have two cars, one 2008 ranger and 2010 Mercedes Benz. And I don't think they are old LOL! But we're not driving as much as you in the US are, so it's not a big problem having a old car.

Mostly intermittent fasting and I eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full. I’m down 62 pounds but for me it’s taken 3 years cause I’m pretty relaxed about it.
