Wow it seems that song came out so long ago. only 3 years but so much has happened since then and they have grown so much musically. They have come being the best kids band i have seen to one of the best adult band yet they are still kids
I really liked that. I love hearing bands that are totally new to me and get a kick out of what I'm hearing..They're from Ukraine but are based in east Germany because of the war in Ukraine.... David.

To answer your question, the girls are from Ukraine and believe it or not, when this video was recorded they were coming into their 3rd year as a band. The war obviously efffected them and only 2 of the girls in this video are still in the band.
They formed in 2018 when Kate who has her own YT channel doing drum covers started playing with adult bands as a guest (she was 9), she decided she wanted to be in her own band. There were no musical young girls in her area, so her dad advertised and the band formed with 6 members. Most members including Kate lived in or close to Kiev, except for the youngest, 7 year old Taya on bass guitar lives close to the border with Poland and couldn't make it all the time, so a 7th member Kira P was added. Both bass players were involved until the start of the war. Very early on the vocalist changed to Kira K and this line up was steady until the end of 2020. Kate (drums), Taya and Kira P (bass), Maya (Keyboards), Alona (Rhythm Guitar), Ira (Lead Guitar) and Kira K (Vocals).
This video was a number of firsts, first video with Maria (14 at the time, beeny hat and Metallica shirt, red hair vocals in Feels video), she replaced Alona, first video in English and first video that anyone other than Kira K shared lead vocal. By the end of the summer 2021, current lead guitarist Anna replaced Ira.
When the war started, Kates home where they had their studio, was bombed and destroyed and most of the girls fled Ukraine. 4 months after the war, five of the girls met up and reformed in Germany. Kate, Kira P, Maya, Anna and Maria, at this point Maria took over lead vocals.
Since then 2 members families returned to Ukraine and took the girls with them, Kira P was replaced by Polina and Maya replaced by Sofia. The replacements are both Ukrainian refugees as well.
