Referring mostly to section two where they go over linking up the emails and domains etc and then they move on to marketing strategies. ❌ Eliminate processed foods, oily foods, alcohol, white sugar (which is refined), and sweets from your meals🍞🌭🍚🍰🎂🧁🍩🍻🥃🍸
✅Remain in a caloric deficit* daily so your body burns more calories than it’s consuming⬇️
✅Eat nutrient dense foods (lean protein, healthy carbohydrates, leafy greens, whole grains, etc.)🍠🥬🥚🥗🥦🫑🥕
✅Consume healthy fats🥑🥜🥥
✅Meal prep so you always have healthy food on hand, and don’t feel pressured to purchase fast food🍱
❌ Don’t eat within 3 hours of bedtime as your body won’t be able to burn the calories consumed, and will store them as fat. Plus, eating within that time means your body will be working to digest the food while you sleep, and you won’t get restful sleep. You’ll wake up tired and groggy.
