Farah has won so many races. He doesn't set a lot of records for time but he knows how to win. Charlotte Purdue does not even look like a distance runner. Her legs are a bit thicker than those of many others and she's short. She must train as well as anyone in the world to run so well.
Mo Farah: *breaths Caster: You can tell by the way his mouth moves when he breaths he is so comfortable he's got it in the bag he's just letting everybody else lead because he's super fucking smart
I like seeing him mess with his competition when running alongside Daniel Wanjiru at the end. @4:25, you can visibly see the tension building between the two. When Farah looks to his right at Wanjiru and then accelerates hard, this really reveals his competitive colors in ways we almost never see from him. Farah is not the "type" to showboat. A Mobot is usually all we see from him, which is really kind of an ode to his British fans the way I see it. Seeing him get a little arrogant in his style is really cool here, because it reminds me that he is a human. There is no obligation, for him as an incredible champion who has done WAY more than just win a few medals, to abstain from ever showboating. This is really nothing compared to a lot of the antics that have taken place in elite running over the years.
I have to criticize Farah a bit. You wanted a challenge and you decided to stay in London for a small half and then jog beside the leaders until 100m to go? How is that a challenge? You ran a 61:30 roughly. That's slower than what the winning time will likely be in London, as I imagine there will likely be a new WR from Kipchoge. Farah should have went to the NYC half and gotten more of a challenge. Or hell, went to Rome and raced Rupp. At least he ran a fast time, AND has a finish. London will have titans of the sport. The greatest runners in history. You cannot play around with them. But I digress. Perhaps it was the perfect stimulus for Farah. We are just weeks away from London.
The racists hate him because of his color n religion the Kenyans n the Ethiopians hate him because he took over their business lmao .. Mo keep doing ur thang , bruh keep on winning king
For the army? Best of luck if so! Like the other person said try and push the total time/distance up and you will see big improvements to your 1.5 mile time.
Farah will be smashed by the Kenyan and Ethiopians, He never really was a marathoner. Amazing on the track over 5 and 10k no one will argue with his resume but over 26 miles and now in his thirties a big ask.
61:40 is an okay time during marathon prep, okay. BUT....they likely will hit that split, give or take, in the FULL marathon in two weeks, with 13.1 miles to go. And in terms of being a great half marathon time? In 2018, 61:40 sorta sucks--yesterday a guy ran 58:41. So no--this race didn't show me anything that says "Yeah! Mo's gonna win London!"
I I despise the racist haters, and I am not bothered by their stupid comments, however I rejoice the fact that Mo Farah succeeds all the time to silence the arrogant Ethiopians and Kenyans who take winning for granted.

I have been to London Marathon in 1990 & 1991....Great Race....superb festive atmosphere....all running 42km ....chilled weather....
Purdue's form irritates me
@Anthono Vasqalono Indeed, but it doesn't really look healthy xD
looks like she's holding on for dear life the entire way
Mo was just out there going “I would have liked more of a challenge” lmao
Congrats Sir!!
Right on MO. Keep your head up mate and to those that want to hate, keep hating.

Purdue is a great role-model.
She’s short yet (a little bit) efficient. Who cares what she looks like?

You are obviously not very good at form peaking.
5:21 poor dude😂😂
Mo Farah in a TOTAL different league !!!
Mo's kick is actually insane, like he took off
Purdue looks like she never ran before. I reckon if here form was more efficient she would be even better
she is really short, she has to run this way for the pace she manages.
Mo farah legend
Great runner
It is amazing all the runners arrived almost fainting and EPMO runs like he is jogging . Lol .

Mo Farah nunca fue una amenaza para Kipchoge.

Cecil Evans yeah Galen ran 59:47 yesterday or whenever it was
Cecil Evans dont forget both rupp and farah are on asthma medication which is giving them an edge....
Haters gonna hate
Lol he was first place, that's what counts, not participating other effort trophies. Truth sucks huh.
Cecil Evans I didn’t even read your comment cuz I’m lazy but I sure hope you aren’t roasting Farrah because he is single handedly the GOAT
Mohammad Farah is no 1
Legend
Супер спортсмен 👍👍👍
They did that pace faster than my sprint the whole time
Look at the from 3.33 to 3.39
The racists hate him because of his color n religion the Kenyans n the Ethiopians hate him because he took over their business lmao .. Mo keep doing ur thang , bruh keep on winning king

Can someone tell me the best way to train for 1.5 mile.. need to run under 9.40 seconds currently running at a really bad 13 minutes
For the army? Best of luck if so! Like the other person said try and push the total time/distance up and you will see big improvements to your 1.5 mile time.

Kipchoge didn't participate..??
Mo fara didn’t even look tired at the end
is that brodie smith at 0 18
wasn't pushed hard enough yet he didn't drop either of his competitors until the final 200m if he was finding the pace too easy why not drop them?
Samuel Jewell probably played it safe until he knew when an attack would land him the victory. Strategy is important in endurance events.
He even said it in his interview
Damn man does anyone know Mo Farah's 5k time just curious
the wheelchairs were faster than the runners, is that normal?
Viet Huynh yes.
Duh ur just rolling

if kipchoge and bekele was there, it would really challenge Mo Farah

Hi
Mo's cadence seems pretty low, if you look at the other guys next to him.

I I despise the racist haters, and I am not bothered by their stupid comments, however I rejoice the fact that Mo Farah succeeds all the time to silence the arrogant Ethiopians and Kenyans who take winning for granted.

What truth u piece of shit ..I really wish u were on that flight
this girl purdue, she runs with her arms fixed. only moving her torso, compensating for the wasting of energy from her unelegant stride.
YA KNOW MO FARAH IS MY FRIENDS UCLE???
2:54 lol
Is he paying UK Tax yet?
