Boiling The Borehole Water Will Be Drinkable. Buy a Very Big Pot And Put As Much Water In The Pot, Boil It With A Firewood Or Chacoal. Let The Water Cool Down And Start Drinking It.

Don't give your team money to buy materials, follow the to buy and pay yourself after they tell you the ones to buy. Make your own blocks would normally be my advice but since you have no shelter yet (You need to start building a shelter/ shed on site protect your materials and tools) it may be hard drying the blocks effectively in the rainy season, buying blocks is ok for now, but ensure the blocks a tested for strength before purchasing.
Please always keep the kids at eyesight because snakes can creep on them very easily

The coconut hole should go down deep like one feet down if not when it grow upward and its rain heavier its will uprooted and also if u like find chickens manure fertilizer and stones salt plenty digg the hole wildly deep down like one' foot down lets the stones salt be inside the polythene bag then put it inside the hole u digg cover it's with small sand add the chicken fertilizer covered it with small sand too after that place the coconut covered its with the sand fully around cover with small dry weeds pour water half of bucket on the coconut finish and you will come thanks me later 😊

I dont think thats expensive, it coats a lot more in Jamaica to buy building materials, not including Labor Costs.

So spending that amount is mot very expensive for Materials .
So make use of the Rates while you can.

Hi, looking forward to see you achieve your dreams. Never give the artisans all the money upfront for a work yet to be done. For example: if everything is to cost 6000 Cedis you can give them half of the money at the beginning and the rest when the finish, so they are motivated to come back and get the work done also make sure you bargain no matter how cheap it might seem to you.

Unless u totally trust the Ghanaians I’ll advice u go with them to buy the material rather than just giving them the money. I know at some point u might run out of money and have to return to uk to make more cuz of the system in gh but it’s good we are starting to bring the wealth back home and build. It starts here one day we be great

It's extremely imperative and smart to own a geniune homestead and a place of belonging in Africa, however, one thing you have to understand is you don't have to totally ignore going back to the UK to explore and exploit what it has to offer with regards to necessary logistics to supplement that which is deficient in your home back in Africa.
We will most definitely be visiting the UK again, we miss our family very much and many other things!
@@bktoafrica yeah, if you travel back to UK again work send money to Africa to buy more landing properties and build more business at least in your old age you will use it to make more as your retirement pension and it's also a generational wealth.

Yes we did it is possible over here and much cheaper but we opted for the block and concrete structure. There are a few people who have built with rammed earth here though.
