Jami Wallace, president of the Unity Council in East Palestine, said residents have continued to have health problems despite assurances the town is safe. I feel like part of the orange smoke (just my opinion) could have been in part to Canadian logging practices where they plant coniferous monocultures and aerial spray with glyphosate. Not only are monocultures much more susceptible to disease but when those trees burn not only does the resin inside explosively and whatever is sprayed on them combusts as well. Climate change is a thing but I feel we cannot ignore the way we treat the land (and in essence ourselves) so carelessly without repercussions.

No one could possibly think Norfolk Southern was simply unlucky, or that everyone was being misled to think they were negligent and incompetent, and possibly totally corrupt. It doesn't seem like there could be a government-imposed coverup of the truth because of the extreme nature of the situation, and its scale. With that said, how is it that we haven't heard ANYthing about this for SO long? I give NewsNation credit for talking about this, but it still feels like you've failed to cover this in the kind of depth any real journalists should have covered it. If you have no updates, you should occasionally remind your viewers of the ongoing investigations and developing stories you're still interested in. This story certainly isn't the only one worthy of constant attention and public interest. UFOs should always be worthy of updates and developments, as I'm sure you agree.
