The Johnny Depp trial 2022 - Johnny Depp Amber Heard court battle -- Johnny Depp Amber Heard trial 2022 - Johnny Depp Amber Heard trial 2022
Although their marriage lasted a matter of months, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's relationship spanned more than a decade. The defamation case brought by Johnny Depp against his ex-wife Amber Heard is ongoing and will likely take weeks to conclude. But what preceded the case? Depp and Heard's relationship began more than a decade ago, and eventually devolved into what appears to have been a toxic marriage. The couple split in 2016, but have continued to battle in court over an op-ed Heard wrote for The Washington Post in 2018, in which she described surviving DV -- without mentioning Depp by name. Depp is suing for $50 million in damages and denies ever being physical with Heard. Heard is countersuing for $100 million and claims she was only ever physically aggressive with Depp in self-defense or defense of her younger sister.
The Behavior Panel comprises the world's top body language and behavior experts: Scott Rouse, Mark Bowden, Chase Hughes, and Greg Hartley. 5:51 5:23 - you can always see scott when he is not satisfied with the "framing" or when the other guys have bad cams turned on.
Something tells me Scott is a driving force at this channel, but, who knows.
I really want to go to that conference. With hard work, I'm self-employed, started collecting bottles (was homeless), and then trading cryptos at the side. Ended up in an apartment, my apartment and all. AND, Im not a criminal! And yes, I'M PROUD OF THAT(!).. (The not-a-criminal thing I mean).
But, now I got sick. And lost the apartment. It's fine though. I'm renting a little room now.
The problem for me, is the medicine. I'm on opiate withdrawal schedule. There are rules for that, when it comes to get inside America. Even though it's just medicine.
I actually had a particularly personal question I would love to ask ALL of them about. Something with my mom.
And then there's the receccession. I pay 3 dollars for a small yoghurt 😐 Here in Denmark. It's crazy.

Just learned something a couple days ago which I had not known (I don't know drug nicknames etc.). Another lawyer mentioned that Yay is a nickname for cocaine, so the Yay....for mornings....became even a bigger nail on the head that Amber was bragging to her friend about her mornings, not trying to get support. It's because her life was now so rich and full of money, drugs, etc, that she has "Yay" for breakfast.....

JD denying her to ever see his eyes again is him saying to her, “You are dead to me.” Having dealt with someone like this, the only way you can get them to leave you alone is to IGNORE them! No matter their behavior, good or bad, you must stay consistent to absolutely NO reaction, no access to you. It takes a lot of strength, patience, and firm boundaries to stay the course during a series of non-stop attempts to get to you. It is the only path to peace.

Sadly even ignoring people like her doesn't always work because, bad as it may be, when I am done with you I am done and can ignore someone like no one's business. I do this with my eldest brother who is a raging narcissist and even ignoring him pisses him off because he is the almighty and gets to decide who he manipulates and abuses and when you ignore him that's taking power away from him so he will go to great lengths to get attention from you. I can see AH doing this exact thing. Even when she testifies that he "can't " look at her she whines, "why can't (won't?) he look at me!" IMO she is incredibly bothered that he won't look at her and she's trying so hard to get him to slip up. I commend Johnny for sticking to his guns!!

When we see Depp on the stand being asked about Amber telling him that he vomited every night in his sleep, as an ICU nurse for 40 years, I can tell you that people who vomit in their sleep usually aspirate as well… Because they are unconscious and as their stomach contents come up in their throat they also try to breathe and they would breathe in/inhale that acidic stomach content into their main stem bronchus leading into their lungs and they would wake up choking and coughing. And if he was so sedated that he didn't wake up then he would inhale enough/aspirate enough into his lungs that he would get aspiration pneumonia… If this was happening every single night as she has said then there's no way there wouldn't be medical evidence of it. Amber has done a lot of reading and it's obvious she's been reading about the effects of tranquilizer or even opiate abuse specifically overdosing... and we see that she's done a lot of reading on a lot of different things including PTSD so that she can try to appear as if she has it… But the problem is she isn't an expert in any of these fields she doesn't have more than a high school education and therefore she doesn't understand how in-depth you have to read, how deep your comprehension of these various things has to be in order to properly apply the material in a believable way in her testimony. You can't just take some facts here and there that you get on Google and spin it into a narrative that will hold up in court.

Damaged he was! And he had a terrible bruise; it was a bloody mess!

Have y’all heard the direct audio following the Australia incident? It’s on CZcams. None of her alleged bottle rape incident is truthful. You can hear her wailing in the audio (this was after she threw a bottle at Depps finger, severing it) telling Johnny “I didn’t mean to,” walking around in heels in all the broken bottle glass she shattered on the floor, literally says “Did I do all of this on the floor?” And says out loud four different drugs she had ingested. She told us after this incident that allegedly she had two black eyes, cuts all over her arms and feet, a split lip, bleeding vagina, yet in the audio you hear the nurse arrive and offer to send Amber away in a car, and they discuss upping a dosage of her antipsychotic medication. Then Jerry and the nurse resume looking for Depps finger. She lied about all of it!!

I'm 8 months late but I want to comment anyway. She was very hard to watch on the witness stand. This is what I think...I think she has huge regrets now. She had Johnny Depp in love with her and she had a great life. He was very generous and gave her everything her heart desired. Her friends and family too! From some of the taped conversations you can hear how much he cared about her. Yeah he said some nasty things too but he was taunted and mocked, slapped & punched, my God. It was disgusting to listen to. She grew up in an abusive home and apparently she loved the drama and brought it to her own marriage. She was sweet & lovely for a year and a half and he fell madly in love with her. He said she was always mad and turned every little thing into an explosion Too bad she was so stupid. She had no idea she went over the line and pushed him too far. He confided things to her and she used what he told her against him. It must have been a really bad day for her when she realized he had a breaking point and was done with her.
I love this show but it bothers me not one of the behavior panel said she was lying 100%. I'm no body language expert but the first day she was on the witness stand it was apparent something was wrong although when I saw the pic TMZ took in front of the court I actually believed her. Shame on her lawyers for letting her get up there and put on that dog and pony show. She made such a fool of herself and I don't ever want to see her on my tv set again. I can't ever watch her in anything now. She makes my stomach turn. I know she has mental disorders and that is sad but she has evil in her too. That cackling laugh sent a chill up my spine. She had a huge entourage and nobody could make her see what she was doing? She had the world by the balls and it blows my mind what she did with it. I think she has HUGE regrets. Sorry for the length but I needed to say it. It's 8 months later and nobody will see it anyway but I feel better!🙃

I learned how body language can be used as a positive tool of communication in caretaking. This woman would make me bow out as she is pure toxicity and I could not improve her situation as she is unable to cooperate with normal standards of self control and self improvement. This series helps clarify the line between “believe all women,” and “listen to all women.” It’s an important distinction. We shouldn’t blindly trust all women: we need to listen fully with as little bias as possible. And as this series shows: when you openly listen and observe, the woman will tell you whether to believe her or not.

He keeps talking about Johnny's "rock 'n' roll" lifestyle, but before Amber he was (by all accounts) in a stable relationship with Vanessa Paradis for 14 years, raising their children. Sure, after he and Amber separated he went on tour with the "Hollywood Vampires" but the three main band members, including Johnny, were (are) all sober. Alice Cooper confirmed this in interviews. AH said “I didn’t need to” with such an air of superiority and disdain. I find this reaction very odd. If AH had indeed been violated in the horrendous way that she described which had left her bleeding profusely I would have expected her reaction to be one of humiliation and pain and trauma
Amber Heard wants to be a Advocate for Women who have suffered from DV but at the same time she is deeply uncomfortable, to the point of displaying disdain, at being seen as an actual Victim of DV.
AH is incapable of Empathy. I believe that she sees Victims as pathetic and weak and does not want to be associated with them. Which is tricky for her as she needs to “play” the Victim in Court to win over the Jury and win the case
She is deeply conflicted and this is why her narrative is all over the place
AH behaviour only really makes sense if you see her as the Victimiser trying to “play” the Victim while turning the true Victim - JD - into the Victimiser. It’s why AH mirrors JD’s narrative so closely but just switches the roles
We had already heard of the shocking incident of AH throwing a bottle at JD and the top of his finger was cut off I believe that AH panicked and came up with her own shocking bottle incident in order to make the finger incident look inconsequential

Mark Bowden missed the issue slightly with pledged v donated, it wasn't that she didn't give all the money in one big lump, that was not the issue. The issue was she had said under oath that she had DONATED (past tense) THE ENTIRETY of her divorce settlement to charity. She said this in court in London in the Depp v NGN trial, and it was one of the reasons the judge ruled against Depp, she committed perjury. She also said she had DONATED (past tense) THE ENTIRETY of her divorce settlement on a Dutch TV show (I think it was Dutch). She didn't say she had pledged, she said she had already DONATED it all. The reason it was brought up is because it was cold, clinical, hard evidence that Heard is/was a liar, a liar under oath and a perjurer. The 'semantics' Heard came up with about pledged/donated being synonymous terms was another lie that she had conjured up to try to conceal the first lie. Anyway, thanks for all the great work of The Behavior Panel on the Depp v Heard case, I think it's been some of their best!
