Thank you for the great video! Good tips and it was really nice that you showed the bajada in slow motion! Much easier to see all the steps that way! Would be awesome to see different bandejas shots or any other shots in slow motion too!

Thanks coach. Great to see the follow through path, as I struggle to match what it feels like I’m doing, to what I’m actually doing. I’ve started to video myself now to check this. But I hate being in videos 🤣, but it’s necessary if I want to improve.

Self filming is very rewarding and a nice way to see the reality of what we are doing :)))😂❤

The videos don’t lie! Keep filming yourself to improve and also compare in a yearly basis

Awesome tips, as usual. Could you please make a video regarding keeping the eyes on the ball until point of contact ?
I know it sounds like something extremely basic for experienced padel players, or tennis players coming to padel, but it's a mistake I see happening a LOT - myself included. I often take my eyes off the ball and look at where I'm aiming, instead of keeping both eyes on the ball until the contact point.
I think it could be a very useful video, and even the key for more consistency to a lot of people.

I like not training, giving a shit, and smacking the shit of the ball in the middle. The more I give a shit, the more often it's a winner. Very satisfying, getting some ohmf, but maybe dumb. I would do that on a match ball against me.

But very early preparation will let the opponent know my next step, right?

Actually, it will improve and develop your skills when disguising.
