The proper name of Somali pancake is “Laxoox”. Injeera is the Abyssinians sponge like large bread, and it is processed completely different than the the way Laxoox is processed. The best Laxoox the one that is made of from grinder millet or sorghum. The best injeera is the one made from whole tef.
