0:43 do we have to do the toe touches with our back flat on the ground n like totally on the ground because mine isn’t like that its a lil lifted?? lower back im talking bout. Its putting a lot of pressure on it but i cant correct my position/posture anymore than that.
Your workouts are really good. Thanks. But please stop pointing to your abs. We get it it, you have great abs. Just concentrate on giving us awesome workouts.
