I think this happened because you werer the only one around. Now when I was playing, I was chasing a man in Saint Denis who stole my money and he ran past this wooden pillar where a law officer was standing and somehow when I got there and closed in on him by that pillar, I somehow "pushed" him (which I didn't) and he fell and then I became wanted for assault. It took me 8 minutes to get out of the city.
