But I live in northern California..the top of our state, she is at the bottom.😢she doesn't eat much herself- super thin! Rent would be about 6k for her, everybody pays high utilities in California, plus high gas costs, food is good because we grow it here. Interesting season this year, Alexis back with the *Drama!!💗 it!!!?

@@MarjorieWilliams-cf5yl I’ve NEVER heard Andy say that. I think in the very beginning it was supposed to be about the lifestyles of these fabulous lives of these well off women. Problem is the last financial crisis hit after the series started and it all started focusing more on the bad behavior b/c even people with $ are just as much of a mess as those without $, they just have a better address. And of course it sold with the public. I definitely slowed the watching after Theresa went to jail b/c most of these women are a trashy mess & many are criminals. I could watch wrestling or Dateline for any of that. The other day my friend and I were talking about their kids & how so many are in jail or dead or have some other issues. Crazy what reality tv has brought to the entertainment world.

I had always liked Tamra and was happy she was coming back to OC. But she seems to be more ruthless and throwing her tres amigas previous besties under the bus. I get she doesn't want to lose her contact AGAIN with Bravo, but I really have lost all respect for her. She seems to have become very messy since she has come back. And all the tears about her daughter? Maybe Sidney doesn't like her behavior on reality TV. I know if I was her child, I would be embarrassed by her cruelty. Maybe that's the problem? 🤷

In “Real Housewives” standards the settlement is kinda meek.
I believe that the bravo network has changed so much it isn’t about being real. It’s about trying to get the most drama trying to act on the show I believe that they need to revamp the whole real housewives.
Jen is doing her best to keep her head up. Gina acts like she got her real estate license overnight. Gina took a few seasons to “figure it out.” Gina never let Jen talk so it felt like that “lunch” was a pretext for Gina to unload on Jen. As someone who studied RE, you always qualify your buyer because this is exactly what can happen. Gina didn’t’ do Jen any favors by not doing a credit check and asking for bank statements. Divorces take six months to finalize in Ca and that is if there is no custody or assets. Jen and her husband had assets. If I were Jen I’d create merch and start a yoga channel and subscription service. She needs a manager to create a lifestyle brand and supplement line. And she wouldn’t be dependent on Ryan if she knows how to work the Housewives gig.

Gina lied to a client period. She has no one to blame but her self. You don't put someone in a house because they're your friend. . Gina needs to be held totally responsible. That's why you do credit checks ..they mean something. Friend or no friend

Gina must have forgotten her situation when she divorced. I don't understand why she felt to discuss Jen issue in front of everyone and TV. She needs to take the blame for not running Jen credit.
Jennifer and her husband didn’t get a divorce in California; they got the divorce in the state they were living in when they were married where her husband still lives. Her husband filed the petition and thus retained the venue for the divorce. Assets and debts are all entered into a computer program (it used to be the DissoMaster in California) along with other pertinent information and the program provides the amount of child support and spousal support to be paid by one party to the other. As far as settling their assets and debts, I’m sure that was worked out between the parties and their respective attorneys. Then all of the information is put into a Marital Settlement Agreement and signed by both parties. Once the judge approves of said agreement, it is entered into the records and both parties are bound by the agreement. At least that’s how it works in California, unless of course there are contested issues. Then it becomes a pain for both parties except their attorneys. 😀 Nevertheless it looks as though Jennifer and her husband were middle class wage earners otherwise her settlement would have been more.

I remember her mentioning that her ex husband worked for her father. Once they separated, he was no longer employed at the company. He may not be making much wherever he is working now, which would make sense why it is a lower figure than we would expect.

I'm not so sure I'd hitch my wagon to her boyfriend fiance's? wagon. He seems too uncertain. I don't know how he makes his money but it seems sketchy. If I had a settlement like Sutton, no way would I ever get married again. I like Jen and it didn't seem like much of a settlement to me considering where she lives. And the reason she fell behind in her rent is because her husband was supposed to pay the difference and he didn't. He seems like an a.. hole to me.

Most people with spousal support or alimony there’s an end date. It’s not forever it’s not indefinite.

Gina came at Jennifer way too hot!! Jenn is the nicest OC cast member and Gina was looking for a "moment" but just looked like an incompetent realtor and a mean girl going after the easy target. Gina should take that same energy and aim it at Shannon who she actually has beef with. Shannon was the one bringing up Gina's DUI and Children's Protective Services last season.
