Heyyy Ceejay. I've found your videos really helpful in planning my move to Abuja. Thank you! Quick question; when you say "close to town" in this video, which areas do you mean? My target is to stay in a place that's just about 15-20 mins max drive to town and with good electricity. Say my total package budget is 1.2M for standard 1-bedroom. Which areas would you suggest?

Areas I was referring to were;
Lifecamp,gudu,durumi,kaura,kado,mabushi,Apo…
Just to mention a few
1.2m as total package might be a bit hard to find in some of these areas but I’ll say look at galadimawa axis(there are a couple of estates there)..
I’ll also say expand your reach to these areas I mentioned & beyond to have an idea of the type of house your budget can get you..
