  • There are three plaintiffs. They bought a car from the defendant and they say the car had major issues when they received it. They took it to a mechanic, who told them there was no emergency brake and a broken spark plug. They’re suing for a refund, car repairs, locksmith costs, and car parts. The defendant argues the plaintiffs never paid in full for the car. He’s countersuing for balance owed, repossession costs, and slander.

Her body, her business, her choice, to each their own.
Edited to add: my son in law has my grandson’s name & date of birth on his neck. He ran out of room on the rest of his body. I don’t mind/care. I’ve got 9 tattoos.

We need a consumer protection law that states ALL car sales are 100% refundable if car breaks down in the first 24 hours. Too many vile ppl out there knowingly selling junk cars that they KNOW don't work.

A $1k car should be able to be driven for 100’s of thousands of miles with zero problems and passed down to the next generation. This guy clearly scammed them!
