Tonya Lambert the best times involve moments when people didn't even notice he was there. like I'll get off the bus or leave a restaurant and people will be really taken aback that there was a dog there the whole time! Worst times.. recently someone came up and pet. him, I told them that he was working so please don't distract him. And the guy just kinda laughed to himself and said "ok" in a very sarcastic tone without stopping to pet reid immediately. And it's always extremely bothersome when people ask me what they can do to get their pet "certified as a service dog". My response is always: well first you need a crippling disability. That usually shuts them up, but not always..
