Gel Plate: Printing and Painting a Sunflower

I picked my first sunflower bloom from my garden today and decided to use my gel plate to make a print of a sunflower. I couldn’t just stop with a print, I had to add more paint to create a unique and beautiful painting. I love the versatility and simplicity of using a gel plate in my art.
