Amsterdam has a really lovely stationary store specialising in wooden stamps, wax seals, fountain pens called "de Posthumus Winkel" - definitely one to check out if you have not done so already!

You were in the Netherlands, how cool. Really enjoy to see this. If you are longer in the Netherlands I could recommend you Utrecht as well. There are many amazing cities actually. But the big cities are the most fun as a tourist and the smaller ones are more fun I think when you have someone to show you around.

I've definitely heard good things about Utrecht! I'll check it out next time :) Super agree, that's how I go around Germany -- I have friends in smaller towns and they are always happy to show me around. Hoping to do that in NL next time! Thanks!

I’m loving every second of this video, Abbey. I live in Texas and my hubby and I are still limiting our outings as much as we can because people out here are wildin’ again and I don’t wanna take a chance with the new outbreaks.
That said, *sigh* I miss museums. I love pants optional days, but what i wouldn’t give to get with my best gal pals and go to the museum!

Gorgeous pages, as always. There’s a lovely conceptual symmetry to you going to look at Van Gough, and then him looking back out at you from your journal. Like there’s this two way dialogue. Idk if that makes sense, but it seems cool to me 😂❤️
I am always collecting postcards too - I love using them in my journals, as well as posting them to friends or just sticking them up on my studio walls 🖼
I love that you pointed out the two way dialogue. It's amazing and I never thought of it that way! I always found Van Gogh's portraits super arresting and it really draws you in, even just by seeing one part of it (in this case his eye). Yes, postcards are love!!!

Ahh how nice you visited my country!! 🤗 Next time I recommend you to visit other cities solely for the fact I feel like most tourists think NL = Amsterdam and just that but there are even really better places 👀💫
Definitely want to go to other parts of NL in the future since I'm living in Germany now :) But I haven't gone to Amsterdam in a while and wanted to visit after so long for the Van Gogh Museum.

Hey, sorry if you said it in the video and I just missed it, but I wanted to ask what program you use to make the collage for the photo print?
She didnt say it ( for as far as I currently watched which is 13 minutes but I use inshot for printing photo collages and cut them up later. Just put the canvas to 2:3 which is normal photoprint size
I use Moldiv and set the aspect ratio to 2:3

I believe any typical smart phones these day are pretty great!

I use Moldiv on my phone and printed it out at the drugstore :)
