    How many times have any of these people travelled on the Ferries ?
    They would know exactly what is needed for the passengers, and they could also easily find out what was required in the future for all freight movements.
    Instead, they argue about what they think without actually having first hand knowledge.

    What is the committment of the current government to building the infustructure? If income tax changes were reduced , in cost to income, there is money. Also divert some transport tax to build the new wharf. As vehicles drive on wharf to get on the boat. So is the wharf a road?
