You can use a ball pressure gauge if that's available to you which is more scientific or you can hold the ball by your forehead and drop it when standing on a hard floor, it should bounce by your waist. if it bounces lower, add some air and if it bounces higher, release some air form the ball. That's the method I use :D

I think it’s just to avoid any possible future lawsuits. I’ve seen furniture and decorations with that warning. Personally I just ignore that warning if it’s something that I do not consume.
I own both Mikasa and Molten and I have to say I personally like Mikasa more than it’s rival (Molten). The V200W is slightly lighter and it’s yellow color makes it a lot easier to see. Also I think Mikasa has better grip.
I would say Mikasa V200W is my favorite for a few reasons . It weighs less comparting to Molten, has better visibility and the grip is much better. If you apply the same power when hitting Mikasa and Molten, I can tell you by experience Mikasa will be faster and more accurate. same for when you're setting the ball. are there any legit online shops to buy this? ive seen some on amazon but their is some reviews that calls them defected and fake

It should be slightly darker than what you see in the video. If that's the case, it should be fine :)

You shouldn't have any problem practicing/playing with this ball. It's light and very grippy.

No, it can be inflated like any other inflatable ball. I used my portable air pump and it worked like a charm.
