Wrestling today should definitely be based more on the basics and traditions of the way wrestling was. At some point anything can be overdone, and wrestling has been getting overdone for about 10 years or more. WWE should simply go back to the basic rule book of wrestling but still be able to be creative and throw the surprise element into segments. They should also give the talent WAY more freedom. Writers are overrated as hell, and it goes back to me saying wrestling is overdone today. You don't need a room full of writers to come up with ideas. What happened to the old days when it was mainly just Vince M, Vince R, Jim C, and Bruce P? The wrestling industry has just gotten way ahead of itself.
