Went there & got the good fortune of seeing & photographing 747! He is a Giant! EASILY the Largest bear in the region. We saw 33 bears at one time in the falls, 3rd week of July. The other bears Literally tucked their tails & cowered out of the immediate area when he casually lumbered down the bank & into the river! Awesome sight to see! Great job here videoing him on a lunch break!!👍👊
Thanks! Sounds just like our trip! We were there July 12-15th last year and the salmon run was going full blast! Totally agree about 747. It's not even close when you compare his size to the other bears.
I'm a combat veteran and I have the greatest respect for that veteran who has been there and done that and survived! He has been a very busy bear ! Legendary from the scars ! One day at a time old warrior!

Brown Bears are unbelievably strong. I've seen them in the wild and you can just feel the power radiate. Even big cats pale in terms of raw strenght
They did an expierement and a mid-sized grizzly threw around a 700 pound dumpster like a beach ball, while just playing around.
